Troutman Pepper is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Capital Projects + Infrastructure practice group in our Atlanta, New York, or Washington D.C. office. We are seeking candidates with 4 to 6 years of project development experience with renewable energy projects and M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiating skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage some components of deals. This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national project development practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. Our deal teams are structured to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Our group is comprised of team players who are supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates develop throughout their career. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state that they practice. The salary range for this position is $275,000 - $330,000, dependent on years of experience.
