The Washington, DC office of ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a 3rd through 6th year associate to join our Real Estate group. Qualified candidates will have significant broad-based commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Joint venture experience is a plus. Mid-level Associates will first chair smaller transactions and second chair larger transactions while Senior Associates will run deals on their own. Ideal candidates are highly motivated with strong drafting and communications skills who work well with colleagues and clients. The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $240,000 to a maximum of $340,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
