The firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate (3 to 7 years litigation experience following law school) to work in the firm’s New York, NY or Hartford, CT office. The associate will support the firm’s Securities and Consumer Fraud Practice Group, with a focus on representing whistleblowers in False Claims Act qui tam cases and agency whistleblower submissions, as well as victims of corporate fraud and misconduct in a range of federal and state cases nationwide. Applicants for this position should ideally be strong legal writers and courtroom advocates with experience handling investigations, discovery, depositions, motion practice, experts, and client relations in complex cases. Prior experience with plaintiff-side and whistleblower litigation is a plus but is not required. Some travel will be required as cases are being litigated across the country.
