Candidate should be well-versed in working with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and other applicable employee benefits laws on matters involving executive compensation, qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefits. Excellent drafting and communication skills are desired along with strong academic credentials. This position is available in our NY or PA offices along with requisite bar admission in jurisdiction of practice. The target annual pay range for this role is $245,000-275,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors.
