Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt LLP (“Oblon”) is seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic attorneys to join its Litigation Practice Group. Our ideal candidates must have 2-4 years of litigation experience in federal courts, the PTAB, and/or the U.S. International Trade Commission. Patent litigation experience is highly preferred and a technical background in electrical, computer or mechanical engineering is a plus. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail are required. Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery and taking/defending depositions is preferred. The position will be involved in all facets of patent law including litigation, consulting, counseling and analysis. Qualified candidates must possess a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and be licensed to practice in a state bar (preferably Virginia, but other bars are acceptable).
