Los Angeles based plaintiff-side complex/class-action litigation firm seeks associate with exceptional writing, research, and discovery skills for its securities litigation practice group in Los Angeles. The firm also practices antitrust, consumer, and intellectual property litigation, and seeks to advance justice and the public interest. The candidate should have 2-5 years of litigation experience, including significant experience with legal research and writing. Federal court experience, judicial clerkship experience, and/or knowledge of accounting are a plus. The firm consists of approximately 30 lawyers, plus support staff, and provides a collegial environment that allows junior lawyers to assume real responsibility, as well as the prospect for advancement.
