The firm’s Family Law litigation practice group seeks a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Sacramento office in their sophisticated family law practice. Candidates should have significant civil litigation experience; experience or a demonstrated interest in family law would be a plus. This is a very successful, statewide practice that requires substantial client contact. The associate will make court appearances on a regular basis; candidates must have significant law firm experience with all aspects of discovery and law and motion practice. Familiarity with basic business valuation principles, financial statements and tax concepts is preferred. Associate salaries are based on years of experience and bonus consideration is given for productivity and/or performance. Must be a current, active member of the California Bar Association. The successful candidate will have a distinguished academic record and have exceptional research, writing and verbal communication skills.
