Description
The Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw seeks a Staff Attorney for its commercial litigation department on a part-time basis. We require excellent academic credentials from law school, and excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for an experienced attorney to join our growing FCRA practice. Candidates should have 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience, and those with prior experience litigating FCRA or class action claims will be highly regarded. We provide comprehensive training for our associates through our mentoring programs, Seyfarth University, industry credentialing, and hands-on learning by working side-by-side with our partners. We invest in our Associates to advance in their careers through involvement in case management/strategy and opportunities for extensive client contact.
