The Opportunity Levenfeld Pearlstein desires to grow its core leasing practice and is seeking a lateral attorney with 6+ years of leasing experience. The ideal candidate first chairs lease negotiations for sophisticated institutional clients, including full floor office leases, complex industrial and warehouse lease transactions, and anchor retail leases. LP customarily represents office and industrial landlords in Chicago and nationwide, and we are seeking a candidate with significant office leasing experience and/or development experience to build upon our strengths. A candidate who customarily represents tenants or who specializes in retail, medical office, or industrial would be complementary and accretive. Portable business is not required.
