Each of these companies has a fantastic variety of benefit-led products, with strong innovation and growth potential. </div> <div> Our mission, with our science-backed and disruptive portfolio, is to improve the health and wellbeing of millions of consumers and become a leading Health and Wellbeing organisation. </div> <div></div> <div> KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES </div> <div> We are looking for a stellar Sr. Regulatory Counsel to join our small but mighty legal team! </div> <ul> <li> <div> The position reports into the AGC, Health &amp; Wellbeing and will be responsible for resolving a broad range of regulatory, scientific, and technical issues with relation to a wide spectrum of dietary supplements, and medical devices, with some crossover into cosmetics and OTC products. </div></li> <li> <div> This person will apply their knowledge of dietary supplements and interpret against relevant laws and regulations to best protect the business. </div></li> <li> <div> Responsible for legal and regulatory research related to Food, Drug, and Dietary Supplements and must be able to distil that research into digestible, business-friendly communications. </div></li> <li> <div> Successful candidate will also provide guidance and support on Quality Agreements, including review of internal agreements and external work with vendors and collaborators. </div></li> <li> <div> Provide legal support for regulatory inspections, market actions, and related communications. Partner with H&amp;W R&amp;D and regulatory to review and assess claims (both on label and elsewhere). </div></li> <li> <div> Assist in matters related to marketing and advertising, consumer safety, potential recalls, quality issues, labelling, and may be called to assist in pre-litigation and litigation matters. </div></li> <li> <div> Will proactively identify the need for SOPs and then draft, and provide legal advice on corporate policies, and other guidance documents. </div></li> </ul> <div></div> <div> KEY EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS </div> <ul> <li> <div> 10+ years of legal experience supporting clients in the dietary supplement, food and beverage, and/or pharmaceutical industry, preferably at a multinational company and/or a reputable, highly rated law firm, or a combination of both. </div></li> <li> <div> Expert level understanding of Regulatory, Quality, and Legal requirements that apply to the full lifecycle of dietary supplements. </div></li> <li> <div> Experience in a hyper-growth start-up is a bonus! </div></li> <li> <div> Must be a current member of the American Bar Association with an active license in at least one state. </div></li> <li> <div> Experience with FDA, FTC, and government affairs. </div></li> <li> <div> Ability to exercise judgement and independently determine and take appropriate action. </div></li> <li> <div> Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical suggestions and solutions. </div></li> <li> <div> Ability to manage workload priorities in a matrix environment. </div></li> <li> <div> Experience handling multiple projects in fast-paced environment, with a high degree of client service orientation, and performing successfully in cross-functional teams. </div></li> <li> <div> The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail but also remain creative in order to find business-friendly solutions. </div></li> <li> <div> To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, and ever evolving environment. </div></li> </ul> <div></div> <div> For office-based, Research &amp; Development, and remote positions, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to be eligible for employment.
