Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide day to day legal support of the Commercial Engines business, with a focus on the programs, partnerships, and aftermarket organizations. Advise business leaders on contractual and regulatory issues in the aerospace sector. Support contractual negotiations with airframers, partners and third parties. Draft complex commercial agreements, including partnership agreements, program agreements and joint technology development agreements. Provide partnership and joint ventures governance and administration. Ideal candidate will have 5-7 years legal experience at a law firm and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, business driven, dynamic environment and have the ability to coordinate with other subject matter experts and stakeholders. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
