Just look up. <b>Are you ready to go beyond?</b></p> <p></p> <p> We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a <b>Commercial Engines Attorney</b>!</p> <p></p> <p><b> Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <p></p> <p> In this role, you will provide day to day legal support of the Commercial Engines business, with a focus on the programs, partnerships, and aftermarket organizations. Advise business leaders on contractual and regulatory issues in the aerospace sector. Support contractual negotiations with airframers, partners and third parties. Draft complex commercial agreements, including partnership agreements, program agreements and joint technology development agreements. Provide partnership and joint ventures governance and administration. Ideal candidate will have 5-7 years legal experience at a law firm and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, business driven, dynamic environment and have the ability to coordinate with other subject matter experts and stakeholders.</p> <p></p> <p><b> Basic Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li> Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)</li> <li> 5+ years of legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house</li> <li> Good standing with a state bar association and in-house counsel registration in a timely manner following hire</li> <li> Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b> Preferred Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li> Substantial experience as a solution and business oriented attorney </li> <li>Independently negotiating complex business transactions</li> <li> Demonstrated capacity to actively solve complicated legal and business problems</li> <li> Ability to interact effectively with multiples levels of the organization and maintain strong relationship with peers, internal clients, and external customers</li> <li> Ability to think and work proactively and strategically in resolving legal issues</li> <li> Sound judgment and attention to details</li> <li> Superior communication skills, both oral and written</li> <li> Team player who can effectively engage with other members of the legal department and other functional groups</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b> What is my role type?</b></p> <p></p> <p> In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. ALL eligibility requirements must be met to receive the referral award.</i></li> </ul> <p></p> The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
