Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks an insurance transactional (primarily M&A and reinsurance) and regulatory associate with 2-5 years of experience. A successful hire will work on a broad range of insurance-related transactions and regulatory matters across all lines of life and property casualty insurance. Experience with insurance-related transactions at a law firm, insurance company, insurance producer , industry group and/or governmental agency is sought. Solid regulatory experience is also preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in New York, Illinois, District of Columbia or Georgia.
