Clark Hill PLC is seeking an attorney with 6+ years of experience for its Corporate Business Unit in any of the our current offices. This attorney will be responsible for preparation of filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, NYSE, Nasdaq, and the OTC Markets Group. Strong experience with securities matters is required. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. All candidates must be licensed in their home jurisdiction or must be eligible for admission without examination. The salary range at the time of posting is $180,000 - $220,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
