Candidates should have 6+ years of experience with corporate, M&A, securities and/or finance transactions. Applicable bar admission required for the jurisdiction in which the candidate is interested. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required. We offer a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program. Salary is commensurate with experience. The salary range for this position is $245,000 to $450,000.
