Description
We are seeking a Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Associate to join the firm as a member of the Labor & Employment department. As an associate in the FCRA practice group, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. 3 - 7 years of FCRA litigation experience and/or other consumer litigation experience in federal courts. Top law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
