Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, a 150+ attorney law firm based in Denver, Colorado is seeking a highly qualified tax associate who has between 2 and 3 years of experience to join our sophisticated and vibrant Transactions practice. Candidates should possess a broad range of experience in tax, including partnerships and M&A. Large law firm experience is preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills.
