The Atlanta office of Copeland, Stair, Valz, and Lovell is seeking an attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience to join its medical malpractice defense team. Case work in this role primarily consists of defending healthcare providers and institutions of all types against claims of malpractice. Prior professional liability defense experience is preferred but not required. A strong litigation foundation, including depositions and trials, is necessary for a successful candidate. A current Georgia bar license is required. CSVL offers a competitive benefits package as well as an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office, 2 days per week at home).
