Kirkland & Ellis is currently seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials to join our Employee Benefits practice group in Houston or Chicago. The ideal candidate would have 1-4 years of experience with ERISA and employee benefits, including qualified plans, multiemployer pension plans, health and welfare plans and ACA compliance. Candidates should also have M&A and/or restructuring experience within the employee benefits practice area. Candidates with experience in related areas, such as tax or labor/benefits related advising, consulting or accounting will also be considered. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $310,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
