Job Description: The Boston office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a corporate associate with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience to join its M&A and Private Equity group. Candidates should have significant experience with private M&A, minority equity investments (investor and company-side), and general corporate representation. In addition, candidates should possess strong academic credentials and excellent communication and drafting skills, be team-oriented and capable of taking on significant drafting responsibility, leading complex diligence processes, and deal management (including managing junior associates and internal specialist teams).
