Our Corporate practice group in Dallas seeks midlevel M&A associates or counsel. Candidates should have experience representing private equity sponsors or private or public companies in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, coordinating with internal and external specialists, and leading signing and closing processes. Candidates should also have experience managing deal execution and supervising and training more junior associates.
