Project Finance associate with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience. Ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience representing lenders or tax equity investors in renewable energy project finance transactions. Must possess strong academic performance, and have excellent writing and analytical skills. Qualified candidates can be resident in any of our Atlanta, Chicago, Florida, New York, North Carolina, Texas, or Washington D.C. offices. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, or Texas bars (depending on office location).
