Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Litigation Practice Attorney with at least 3-6 years of experience who will work primarily on financial services litigation. Candidates can be based out of our New York or Philadelphia offices. Candidates must be able to handle all phases of litigation and have substantial in-court experience, including drafting and arguing substantive discovery, dispositive and injunctive relief motions and appeals. Bankruptcy and class action litigation experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must be well organized, self-motivated, personable team players and must have strong academic and professional credentials. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York or New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Admission in all three jurisdictions is a plus.
