Barley Snyder, a regional law firm of more than 130 attorneys, seeks an immigration paralegal in our Lancaster office. Duties will include assisting attorneys in the preparation of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions. Draft, review and prepare legal documents, manage a caseload of visa matters utilizing case management software. Communicate regularly with clients and analyze case documents as well as prepare immigration applications for filing. Draft petitions, applications and letters detailing eligibility for visa classification as well as researching immigration regulations and procedures. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in Business Immigration matters. Two or 4 year college degree preferred. Interested applicants should email resume to hr@barley.com.
