We are seeking attorneys for counsel positions in Cahill Gordon & Reindel’s New York office for our leveraged finance practice group. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to capital markets and/or bank lending transactions and experience in acquisition finance and related commitment processes. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar. Location: New York Compensation: The anticipated salary range we expect to pay to for this position is $525,000 to $700,000.
