The ideal candidate will possess four to six years of experience in the negotiation and drafting of design and construction agreements. Familiarity with construction project delivery methods and industry standard construction and design forms preferred but not required. Real estate development, large industrial capital projects, data center projects and construction claims / litigation resolution experience a plus.
