Job Description: Cooley LLP has an opportunity available to work in the business litigation practice group in our Boston office. Preferred candidates should present a solid background in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white collar matters, and internal investigations. The candidate must have (i) 3-5 years of significant litigation experience, (ii) practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm, (iii) project-based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality, and (iv) a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution. Successful candidate will join a dynamic office of a nationally prominent Litigation practice. EOE. The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
