Manages day-to-day and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion Possesses strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills Demonstrates a great work ethic and an ability to work productively both independently and cooperatively with other members of the IP Litigation team Produces high quality legal work and provides excellent client services Manages business and generates business through group and individual efforts Complies with the highest ethical standards of the legal profession Competencies: Decision Making – ability to make decisions with little supervision when necessary Communication – strong, professional oral and written communication skills Leadership – effectively delegates work to other members of the team when appropriate Continuous Learning – actively embraces opportunities to learn new skills and master new technology Teamwork – works as diligent member of litigation teams Alignment to Values - Influences the awareness and adoption of the Firm’s values on a larger scale; influences the awareness and adoption of diversity and inclusion; demonstrates respect by providing solutions and support Required Education: Juris Doctor Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements Preferred Experience: At least 2+ years of IP Litigation experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm and a technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.). Possible Salary Ranges: New York, NY: $200,000-$400,000 Please note that salary ranges are commensurate with experience.
