Miller & Chevalier is seeking a Tax Senior Associate/Counsel with three plus years of experience to focus on complex tax controversy matters. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with IRS audits and appeals (such as responding to information document requests and drafting protests) and/or tax litigation in federal courts, substantive knowledge of federal tax law and IRS procedures, and strong writing skills. Experience with corporate tax, international tax, tax accounting, partnership tax, or financial products is a plus.
