Qualifications: The ideal attorney will have minimally 1-3 years of experience serving clients’ labor and employment needs including litigation, e-discovery, compliance, collective bargaining, and advice and counsel experience with clients. Must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Ohio bar. Being licensed in Kentucky and/or Indiana is a plus.
