Candidates should have significant law firm experience drafting motions, arguing law and motion matters, and taking and defending depositions. Clerkship experience is a plus. Distinguished academic record from a nationally recognized law school and exceptional research, writing and verbal communication skills are essential. Associate salaries are based on years of experience and bonus consideration is given for productivity and performance.
