Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm with more than 900 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified Labor and Employment Associate with 1-4 years of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Environmental, and Whistleblower experience for a position in its Chicago office. Candidates should have increasingly responsible experience in OSHA compliance, enforcement and related litigation. Litigation experience, including depositions, discovery and motion practice is highly preferred. In addition, experience in environmental compliance, enforcement and environmental litigation is not required, but will be favorably considered. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
