Seyfarth Shawâs Boston office is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4-7 years of significant commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with acquisitions and dispositions, lending and/or leasing of commercial properties. Candidates should have experience with closing transactions, including drafting and negotiating documents and opinion letters and resolution of property-level due diligence issues. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
