King & Spalding seeks a junior to mid-level associate for its Corporate, Finance and Investments group with a focus on its growing financial restructuring practice in New York. Qualified candidates will be a self-starter with great client management skills, superior academic credentials and previous large law firm experience. Candidates will also have experience representing debtors, creditors and investors in a broad range of restructuring matters, including chapter 11 cases, cross-border insolvency matters, out-of-court restructurings and bankruptcy-related acquisitions.
