Description
The Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a staff attorney with at least 2 years of commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts. Experience representing lenders, banks or other financial institutions in consumer financial services litigation and mortgage foreclosures a strong plus. Top law firm experience or judicial clerkship preferred, excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required. Candidate admitted in either Connecticut or Rhode Island required. Candidate also must either be admitted to practice or eligible to waive into Massachusetts.
