Description
King & Spalding seeks an associate (2nd- to 4th -year level) for its growing Trial & Global Disputes practice group in Texas, with a focus on large-scale, global construction disputes. Qualified candidates will have complex litigation experience at a large law firm. Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and TX bar admission (or eligibility for the next exam) are also required. A federal court clerkship; a background in construction, engineering, or architectural projects; and/or Spanish proficiency a plus but not required. The preferred location is Austin, but candidates interested in being based in the firm’s Houston office will also be considered.
