Description
The Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial litigation. The successful candidate will have experience with a broad range of business litigation, including financial services, insurance, real estate, construction, manufacturing, retail, transportation, energy, and/or government contractors. Meaningful litigation experience in the following areas is required: responding to and issuing discovery, drafting motions and supporting memoranda, eDiscovery, managing productions, and creating privilege logs. We are looking for someone who is ready to commit to being a strong commercial litigator, and who has keen problem-solving and people skills. We require excellent academic credentials (prefer law review and/or judicial clerkship), and excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Georgia bar required.
