Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks an attorney with experience in advising state and corporate pension funds and tax-exempt investors with respect to their investments and related fiduciary duties. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lead or major institutional investors in their investments involving comingled funds, co-investments, and separate accounts. Familiarity with current market terms as well as experience negotiating side letters, fund documents, and investment management agreements, as well as ERISA Title I, is required. Experience with relevant aspect of the tax code preferred. The position will be in our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Department working with our multi-disciplinary Institutional Investor Practice Group.
