Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a highly qualified mid to senior level Corporate Associate with 4 - 7 years of general corporate, banking and finance experience with a preference for experience in structured finance and securitizations. Candidates should have a high level of initiative and engagement, an entrepreneurial attitude, a willingness (and the confidence) to engage directly with clients and opposing counsel, and a demonstrable commitment to becoming a partner. We require sophisticated analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be admitted to the California or New York Bar (must be admitted to the California Bar within six (6) months of hire).
