Looking for candidates with 4-6 years of experience in representing lenders and borrowers, including private equity sponsors, in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, bridge loans, asset based loans, first and second lien financings and other types of U.S. and international financings. Candidates require excellent drafting and negotiating skills and a strong working knowledge of credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, commitment papers and documentation utilized in complex financing transactions. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred.
