DGS is seeking a partner for our Debt Finance practice. The ideal candidate would currently represent a range of clients, including financial institutions, national, regional and local banks and asset-based and mezzanine lenders in a wide range of sophisticated finance transactions. Preferred industry experience includes energy, mining, hospitality, financial services and private equity. Experience with oil and gas reserve based lending is also highly desired. In addition to his or her existing practice, this person would work in conjunction with our private equity, capital markets, M&A and real estate practice groups in connection with acquisition financings, recapitalizations and restructurings.
