Represent the Company in regulatory proceedings, interprets and prepares legal documents, and provide counsel on legal and regulatory matters. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) degree required from an accredited law school. </li> <li>3-5 years’ experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel and must be eligible to practice in the State of Indiana and/or Ohio.</li> </ul> <br> <p> </p> <p><b>A bonus to have:</b></p> <ul> <li>Experience in energy and utilities, including with generation, gas transmission, and distribution, is strongly desired. </li> <li>Experience (1) in Indiana practicing before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission; (2) in Ohio practicing before the Public Utilities Commisison of Ohio; or (3) with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is a plus.</li> </ul> <br> <p> </p> <p>#LI-CNP</p> <p>#LI-JC1</p> </div> <div></div> <div> <div> <b><br> This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a), and 60-741.5(a).
