For many years we have been one of the leading law firms for credit financing in Germany. We are looking for an associate for our Banking and Finance Practice Group with up to three year’s of work experience. Your qualitatively demanding field of activity will comprise, in particular, national and cross-border large-scale acquisition financing, bank/bond financing, other structured finance transactions as well as refinancing and restructuring. This task also involves frequent exchange with the M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets Practice Groups. Your field of activity in the Capital Markets Practice Group will comprise – in addition to preparing companies for going public (IPOs), pre-IPO financing, capital increases, convertible bonds and high yield bonds – advising in projects in connection with bank financing as well as M&A and Private Equity transactions.
