The San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking an associate, with 1-3 years of experience to work primarily on arbitrations and litigation in the context of fraudulent or abusive health care service claims. The ideal candidate will have experience in large complex litigation, arbitration, as well as one or more of the following: health care, ERISA and employee benefits, insurance coverage, RICO, white collar crime, fraud detection or litigation, and/or internal investigations. Excellent academic credentials from a top law school, comparable firm experience, and outstanding analytical, verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidates must be a member of the California State Bar.
