The London Corporate group is searching for two associates. Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 2 years PQE and will have qualified as a solicitor in a relevant European or common law jurisdiction, although those with less or more experience who can demonstrate relevant experience will be considered on their merits. The role requires a candidate with excellent experience in managing client relationships and the ability to assist clients on day to day issues. They must also possess the skills to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging work load within a fast paced and friendly environment. The successful individual will have a strong career history to date, and currently work for a well regarded law firm. A first-class academic record is essential. The new hire will join the London Corporate group, predominantly handling M&A but should be versatile and be expected to undertake a broad range of corporate transactions within our practice under the auspices of public and private M&A. As a member of the UK M&A team you will have the added advantage of working with and alongside our US and European colleagues.
