The Corporate department of the Chicago office is looking for one Mid-level Associate (4-6 years of experience) with M&A and Corporate Finance experience. The individual should have significant deal experience working in a similar environment at a peer firm. A high level of academic achievement, sophisticated deal and solid law firm experience are required.
