Fish & Richardson’s Munich office is hiring a German Trademark attorney to support an expanding practice. The ideal candidate should have an admission as a German Attorney-at-Law, 2-3 years European and foreign trademark counseling, clearance and prosecution experience, and excellent English skills. Enforcement and litigation experience are not required, but welcome. Candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of initiative. Good academic credentials and strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
