Trust and Estates Attorney - Charlotte

Offit Kurman is seeking a trust and estates attorney to join the firm’s growing Estates and Trusts Practice Group. The successful candidate may work out of either our Charlotte, NC or Rock Hill, SC office.

The ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration.
• The ability to draft estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Experience in estate and trust administration.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Exceptional writing, research, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications:

• North Carolina Bar admission is required.
• South Carolina Bar admission is preferred, or a willingness to become licensed in SC
