We are seeking a mid-level corporate associate (3 – 5 years of experience) with a strong foundation in corporate practice and experience working with a broad range of commercial agreements. Our corporate group advises virtually every type of company across a broad variety of industries, including venture capital and private equity, e-commerce, hospitality, consumer products, retail, wineries, music and entertainment, automotive, advertising, professional services, real estate, software, and biotechnology. Candidates should be comfortable with direct client exposure, including acting in an outside general counsel role. Experience working with the creative services, advertising, and social media industries is a plus. Superior academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advising on novel and innovative deals are fundamental.
