We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Associate with at least four years of private fund or other alternative investment experience. Seyfarth’s investment attorneys possess the broad, in-depth experience necessary to serve a large and diverse group of institutional investors. Our clients include government plans, large corporate plans, universities, family offices, multi-employer plans and other significant investors. Typical deal size ranges from $50 Million to $500 Million per deal. The practice is global. In addition to comingled fund investments, we handle direct investments, co-investments, joint ventures, separate accounts and club deals. We represent our clients in deals exceeding $30 Billion per year and are viewed as a leading firm in representing these institutional investors in sophisticated deals.
