Cozen O'Connor, is seeking an Attorney for our Subrogation Department with a minimum of five years litigation experience to join our dynamic team in any location where we have an office. Preference will be given to Philadelphia, New York, Boston, California, Florida, and Texas. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a prestigious firm known for its expertise in litigation. Represent corporate clients in Federal and State Courts, handling civil actions related to property damage. Collaborate with a variety of forensic experts to investigate and evaluate the legal and financial viability of different causes of action in both single and multi-party litigation. Draft pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and briefs. Prepare for, attend, and present at court hearings. Take and defend depositions. Maintain effective communication with clients and opposing counsel. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Excellent academic credentials demonstrating strong legal aptitude. Minimum of five years of litigation experience, preferably in product defect claims, property damage claims, or construction issues. We are not working with search firms to fill this position
